Hi. Peter Navarro here and in this latest issue of my Taking Back Trump’s America Podcast and Substack, I’m going to reprise a nice little hit on Lindell TV with the esteemed Emerald Robinson.

I first met Emerald back on the North Lawn of the White House – what we jokingly refer to as Pebble Beach – when Emerald was a correspondent for Newsmax.  Many a time I did interviews with her and she was always on the top of her game.

Today, her Absolute Truth show is a big hit on Lindell TV and in this particular hit, we discuss the dual system of injustice that now characterizes – and stains – the American judicial system.

The House Ways and Means Committee is allowing attorneys for the IRS whistleblower accusing the Biden Department of Justice of covering up access to documents and records typically protected by tax Privacy Law.  This announcement means The Whistleblower can now discuss privileged information with his or her to attorneys and then the two lawyers can brief certain congressional committees acting as agents for The Whistleblower the move is in response to a letter sent to a group of bipartisan members of Congress requesting help getting access to important information in the latter the Attorney Mark Little says that his client the IRS whistleblower had refrained from sharing certain information out of an abundance of caution and that he also needed certain information in order to make fully informed judgments on how best to proceed.

Let's talk now with Peter Navarro a former adviser to President Donald J Trump and a current target of the Biden crime family.   You know Peter you've been very critical of Republicans on the hill for a dragging their feet in a number of Investigations. I'm going to bring back up this headline from the Federalist.  It suggests that the special access to these documents granted to the IRS whistleblower attorneys will blow the lid off the rest the whole Biden family cabal.  Do you agree?

NAVARRO

There's so much to unpack and the first thing I'd like to say first of all [Rep. Jim] Comer and [Senator Ron] Johnson are absolute warriors.  they've been vocal for a very long time but I would gently ask James and Ron every time they talk about how Hunter Biden has not been investigated for years, they should point out how quickly the FBI put leg irons on me, how quickly they put leg irons on Steve Bannon and how quickly the FBI went down and raided Mar-A-Lago.

There's clearly a dual system of Injustice and what I found remarkable about what the Whistleblower is saying is it implicates both the FBI and the DOJ, the doj declining to prosecute for clearly political and partisan reasons and you have the FBI engage in their usual corrupt kind of cover-ups and manipulations they do.

The danger of all of this of course is you know who investigates the investigators  When the investigators won't investigate then you have to start messing around with constitutional issues about right to privacy and in my case executive privilege which is a huge thing and so here I sit before you, I stand I guess.  Yyeah I'm the guy who out of Duty and honor to my country, my Constitution, and my commander-in-chief is facing a two-year prison term and a million dollars in legal fees.  And that SOB Hunter Biden … never mind the porn and the guns and then this and that and the other thing selling out this country to the [Communist] Chinese.  That’s treason and so let's see how this plays out but it's clear that our justice department is a dual system of Injustice and has become politicized.   

EMERALD ROBINSON

Yeah exactly and speaking of the corruption in the institutions, that is something that Johnson said regarding corruption and the agencies.  Take a listen and then I have a specific question for you Peter.

RON JOHNSON

when you have in effect co-conspirators of the Biden family inside the agencies, inside our intelligence agencies, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and you have the political party the Democrats who couldn't care less and have no interest whatsoever in the corruption that is being uncovered bit by bit as we pull back the layers of the onion.

Just to be clear, you just said you believe Anthony Blinken lied to you under oath.

RON JOHNSON

Yes he did.  He said he did not email Hunter Biden and now we have those emails.

EMERALD ROBINSON

 Johnson gets to what you talked about with, you know, investigating the investigators.  Now what I know of you is that you were someone who found faced a lot of obstacles in government but you found a way to kind of get around them and I think that's where Republicans are if we're trying to be fair to them.  Okay, so what can they do to get around this corruption in the DOJ and our law enforcement institutions and actually get some accountability and promote change.

PETER NAVARRO

Well, my style for better or worse I when I was serving President Trump for four years was not go around obstacles. I generally ran over them if I could using the powers of the White House.

But let's talk just briefly.   What Ron Johnson does really well is catch liars, right?

I mean Fauci lied before Congress.  Now we got Tony Blinken the secretary of state.

Blinken is a DC swamp archetype.  Okay, he's a guy who's glided through life and the Democrats are out of office and he’s at some think tank getting enriched by Communist Chinese and other kinds of money.  [These special interests] take really good care of him.

And so when he comes back into it an administration, he's going to do what he views as the partisan right thing.  A lot of this [problem] is ends justifying the means thinking, and when you're in the swamp like Tony Blinken, he loses all sense of any kind of moral compass.

 I think what the what the Republicans need to do on Capitol Hill is to just just continually hammer on what the truth is and just issue those subpoenas and make these people come and testify and the truth will out.

 I mean, I think if you look at some of the Iran-Contra or Watergate hears or whatever the drumbeat was where Congress was effective in getting information out, [that works.]  And so I think here, the Republicans have lagged in some cases.  As I said at the outset, it would be nice for every one of them to continually draw the contrast between what goes on with Fauci, what goes on with Hunter Biden, they walk free.   Fauci killed millions by creating a virus in a Chinese lab through his gain-of-function research. Hunter Biden has done Untold damage to this country

And by the way, Hunter Biden's lasting legacy may be to have completely undermined any kind of faith in the American justice system.

 I mean you have people sitting in jail right now for Jan 6 without bail rotting in a d.c. prison and Hunter, you know, his biggest fight today is how much he's got to pay a woman he fathered a child with and he won't take responsibility for.
