Hi. I’m Peter Navarro, it’s April 5, 2023, also known as the day after the American dual system of injustice shamed itself by indicting Donald Trump on bogus charges. Here’s what I see as the top line in all of this for you:
Alvin Bragg is a George Soros-funded, George Soros radical Democrat puppet who actively campaigned for Manhattan district attorney on putting Donald Trump in prison long before Bragg had any access to any real hard facts or evidence that might justify such a prosecution. On this fact alone, Alvin Bragg is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct and should be disbarred from the practice of law.
Bragg is also the pinup boy for the weaponization of the judicial branch of the American government for partisan purposes. This is yet another stain on our Constitution.
Bragg’s big picture legal strategy – such as it is – is to charge President Trump with falsifying business records for the purpose of influencing the presidential election in 2020 and/or illegal tax purposes.
The strategy centers around three payments allegedly made on behalf of Trump to two alleged former mistresses and one to a Manhattan doorman who claimed to have information about an alleged illegitimate child. Trump’s former attorney and serial liar Michael Cohen allegedly made the payments to one of the alleged mistresses while the editor of the National Enquirer, David Pecker, facilitated payments to the other alleged mistress and the doorman.
Note here that there is nothing illegal about so-called hush money payments. They are regularly made, often by famous people who have done nothing wrong but simply want a nuisance to go away.
Note also that in New York, falsifying business records is simply a misdemeanor rather than the Class E set of felonies that Trump is being charged with. And one must hasten to add here that the statue of limitations has run out on the prosecution of such misdemeanors so in effect Bragg has no case unless he engages in further jujitsu that can somehow tie these alleged misdemeanors to one or more crimes.
The jujitsu that Alvin Bragg engages in is to claim that these hush money payments should have been reported as campaign expenditures because these expenditures were made to prevent the public from knowing about the events in question for fear that this might negatively impact Trump’s campaign. Of course, the two big problems Bragg has with this jujitsu are these:
First, it is not a campaign violation not to report so-called hush money if such money would have been paid anyway, which would surely be the case here if the allegations are true.
Second, this charge was investigated by the Federal Election Commission and found to be without merit; so Bragg is effectively spitting into the wind here.
As for the tax implications, this is an enigma as Bragg provided virtually no information about this possible charge. In fact, the indictment itself is as close to being an empty shell as one might imagine – nothing really to see here and nothing new. Just a Molotov cocktail thrown into the 2024 political presidential cycle.
Now, here is the next thing you need to know:
We in the MAGA movement need to take this assault on President Trump absolutely seriously. Bragg has charged the president with 34 counts and each count carries up to four years in prison. So let’s do the math here: If found guilty by a Manhattan jury, President Trump would theoretically face up to 136 years in prison.
The most disgusting part of Bragg’s strategy besides the illegal upgrading of a misdemeanor involving slap of the wrist fines to a felony that would involve prison time is the multiple-count, see whatever sticks on the wall nature of this beast. Even if 33 counts are dismissed, a single guilty verdict would still expose President Trump up to four years in prison.
It is no fun facing the prospect of a prison term, particularly when you are in your seventies. Even a single year in prison can be a death sentence at that age – if a never Trump inmate doesn’t kill you then the food or some disease surely will.
I know this dilemma from personal experience. In my own case, I’m facing an up to two year prison term for simply doing my duty to my country, the Constitution, and my commander-in-chief.
With my case, it’s largely below the media radar outrage . I’m canceled not just by CNN and MSNBC and the alphabet broadcast networks but Fox as well. But my case should be getting a lot more public attention than it is getting – are you listening Tucker, Hannity and The Great One?
The reason my case should be getting more public scrutiny is that this case is not about me but rather about much larger constitutional issues involving fundamental separation of power questions.
In addition, of all of those former Trump advisers who have been targeted by the Democrats’ dual system of injustice, my case is perhaps closest to that of President Trump himself. Here are just some of the things President Trump and I share in common:
· Donald Trump is the first president in American history to be criminally indicted. I am the first senior White House advisor in the entire history of our republic ever to be charged with contempt of Congress.
· Donald Trump’s Mar a Lago property was needlessly assaulted by a battalion of FBI agents. I was needlessly assaulted at an airport by five armed FBI agents and put in leg irons.
· Donald Trump faces up to four years in prison for every count a Manhattan jury might find him guilty of. I face up to two years in prison if I am found guilty.
· And, of course, those who seek to put President Trump and me in prison are all Democrats – from Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi to now the George Soros-backed Manhattan radical Alvin Bragg.
The last thing worth commenting on is the Democrat spin you need to be on the lookout for.
At the top of the list, leftist spin doctors led by the likes of Ari Melber, Ali Velshi, and a whole gaggle of CNN’ers will try to tell you that this is a triumph for democracy because it proves that no man is above the law. But that principle inevitably falls by the wayside in a dual system of injustice where the primary – indeed the only – motivation for prosecution is political.
The Left in league with the globalist elites simply do not want Donald Trump to be president again and I don’t know about you, but I am sick of a world in which the corporate media seems to believe that their Trump derangement syndrome ends are justified by their unethical means.
One must well remember here – as I do from my days in the White House – that an unholy alliance between the Democrats and the Republican-skewed global elites, aided by a weaponized FBI, have tried to take him out Donald Trump ever since he walked down the escalator with the beautiful Melania in 2015 to declare his candidacy.
You have heard the president go down the list of outrages but they are worth repeating: the Russia Hoax, the Ukraine Perfect Call hoax, the two Nancy Pelosi impeachments, the crap storm swirling around January 6, and right up to the current efforts by Bragg, the DOJ, the national archives, and Democrat operatives in the state of Georgia.
Now hear this: Our only and best revenge will – indeed must – be to put Donald Trump back in the White House in January 2025. Together, we must take back Trump’s America. This podcast and substack are dedicated to just that .
I greatly appreciate your audience in this matter and hope you’ll spread my words broad and wide.
By the way, this might be a good time to go to the website
http://DefendPeter.com
At this website, you can throw a few bucks my way towards my legal defense. The bills do keep piling up and that’s exactly what the Democrats want to do to Donald Trump and those closest to him like me. Peter Navarro. Out today with a prayer for America.
It is truly shocking to watch the end of the American experiment from afar. God is still in control. We need to pray for wisdom.
You forgot that both of you being extremely proficient at your jobs causes a major problem for the leftist agenda.
You're possibly the most respected man in journalism. There isn't a sane person on the planet questioning your integrity or your innocence for that matter.... notice I said 'sane.'
Good luck going forward with the trial. The truth will prevail.
