If you were to ask me what above all is Donald J. Trump’s Achilles’ heel, I would tell you in a nano second that it is Bad Personnel choices. This is a man – a figure rightly larger-than-life – who ran hard on a transformational platform of Populist Economic Nationalism on behalf of the working class.

Yet, barely after the votes were counted, President-Elect Trump would begin to surround himself with a Confederacy of Globalists, Never-Trump Republicans, Wild-Eyed Freedom Caucus Nut Jobs, While-and self-absorbed Wall Street Transactionalist who had neither an understanding of, nor empathy for, the Trump Deplorables and those Trump Democrat blue-collar and black and brown workers who had propelled the president to his stunning and historic 2016 victory.
