A Message to the RNC: Be Alert for New Potential Threats to Election Integrity This November

Ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election, its vital that the Republican National Committee (RNC) with new leadership gets serious about election integrity. Ronna Romney McDaniel, who had seven years as Chairman to produce results, managed to lose almost every single election—both midterm and presidential. And, at least half of America believes that the 2020 Presidential Election, specifically, was not “lost” due to legitimate reasons. It was lost because the Republican Party was behind. 2024 is the year to get smart and get ahead. That begins with recognizing new potential tactics that could tip the scale in Joe Biden’s favor coming from sketchy White House and Department of Justice (DOJ) election-related programs.

            It is now mainstream knowledge that during the 2020 Election, major changes to election laws and procedures occurred mainly in the six battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—oftentimes justified by the excuse of the Chinese Communist Party virus (CCP). These changes occurred in an attempt to swamp the electoral system with enough likely illegal absentee and mail-in ballots to flip what would have been a major Donald J. Trump win to a slim, probably illegitimate, Joe Biden “win.”

For example, social media giants like Twitter seemingly coordinated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to shield Hunter Biden’s disgraceful laptop from the public eye; various nonprofits like George Soros-funded Brennan Center for Justice produced media campaigns to support practices that weaken election integrity; left-leaning law firms like Perkins Coie filed lawsuits to dismantle Voter I.D. and push mail-in and absentee ballot voting; and Democrats in public office like Secretaries of State, Jocelyn Benson and Kathy Boockvar, ushered in sweeping—and potentially illegal—election procedural guidance in the states of Michigan and Pennsylvania to universally alter the way America’s elections were run.

Now that these tactics have been widely recognized—many thanks to Molly Ball at Time Magazine—and the CCP Virus is now gone, the Dems are forced to rethink their strategy. Although nothing definitive has happened yet, it’s important that the RNC pays strict attention to where major left-wing political operatives are focused to weed out any potential nefarious behavior that could likely impact the 2024 Presidential Election.

To start, in February 2024—around the same time four years prior that major Democrat operatives like AFL-CIO’s Matt Podhozer first began a public messaging campaign to brand President Trump as a national security threat to America’s elections ahead of the November 2020 Presidential Election—the Biden White House organized a meeting with allegedly over 300 federal government employees about the 2024 Presidential Election.

The meeting covered educating Americans with the information they need to vote, how to encourage voter participation among students—the demographic badly needed by the Democrat Party to win additional support for Joe Biden’s failed first term—“protecting” election workers, and information on fighting “voter suppression laws.” These are all similar public messaging tactics the Democrat Party weaponized to justify unraveling common sense election integrity laws like Voter I.D. in 2020 through various lawsuits and legislation. Similar concepts are still being deployed to encourage the unraveling of more election integrity legislation in key battleground states like Arizona.

On top of this, Vice President Kamala Harris named three additional “National Days of Action on Voting” just this year—Juneteenth, August 6^th—the anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965—and National Voter Registration Day, September 19^th. These national days of action will focus on “voter engagement.” Will these voter engagement activities be similar to the presumably illegal ballot harvesting and voter participation events like “Democracy in the Park” in Wisconsin or where Native Americans were bribed to vote in Nevada back in 2020?

Additionally, the DOJ has massively scaled up its Election Day Program. The DOJ’s Election Day Program has existed since the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, and is supposedly geared toward deterring and combatting intimidation at the polls on Election Day; combating threats of violence directed at election officials and poll workers; election fraud; securing vote-by-mail; ensuring provisional ballots to those who “assert” they are registered to vote whose names do not appear in poll books; requires covered States to offer the opportunity to “register to vote through offices that provide driver licenses, public assistance, and disability services, as well as through the mail”; and more.

However, during the November 2022 Midterm Election, the DOJ dispatched 64 federal agents to 24 different states on Election Day to ensure that they were “in compliance with federal voting law,” which was a drastic increase from just 44 jurisdictions and 18 different states during the 2020 Presidential Election.

During the 2020 Election, the DOJ’s Election Day Program sent federal agents to several cities and counties which had the most severe election fraud allegations including Maricopa County, Arizona; Fulton County, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; and the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Republican Missouri Secretary of State, John Ashcroft, had raised alarm bells about the DOJ’s program, and stated that their massive increase in federal agents in local polling locations means they could “bully a local election authority” and could “intimidate and suppress the vote.” Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis, raised similar concerns. Cole County, Missouri, Clerk, Steve Korsmeyer, declined permission for DOJ to dispatch agents to its county to monitor polls, and cited a state statute that gives him permission to decide who, other than election workers, is allowed into the state’s polling locations. Florida Secretary of State, Cord Byrd, quickly followed suit.

Every American deserves the Constitutional right to vote without it being jeopardized or threatened, and full confidence that every legal vote is counted. No American should be subject to illicit tactics to secure votes for one side of another, or be intimidated at polling locations. It is vital that the RNC stays tuned in and up-to-date on any questionable behavior ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election, especially when America’s national and economic security are at stake.
