Thanks for interpreting this confusing economic, pardon the expression, shitshow we’re experiencing. The fact that it can be turned around with proper measures is so maddening. Yet our totalitarian leaders just keep that money printing and sending it to Ukraine. We’re being attacked on so many fronts. It’s early but I think I need a martini!
The necessary but enormous task of rolling back interest rates and bad lending practices that have mushroomed, presumably due to lobbying away the Usury Laws, is one that can't be put off too much longer. I know these laws were in place around 50 years ago. There were strict qualifications for loans. What we called "small loan companies" were watched carefully, I would think because they were the type of loans that people used as "wish list" loans. I believe these were the canaries in the mine as far as legalized loan sharking is concerned. The explosion of predatory lending coupled with stricter bankruptcy laws, and constant inflation adding salt to the wound is not only unsustainable, it's sick. Trump was on a good path as far as his economic success zones and other economic ideas, and I am confident he will see the problem, but it will be a pretty big pit to dig out of.
CLICK for poll results didn't work.

Be very careful with levered etfs unless you plan to day trade it.

Don't waste your money on T Bills.
The hot ticket is a giant hole in the ground, the company isn't going to extract gas. That's prehistoric thinking.
They are going to pump gas into it.
It's going to be a bonanza.
Get in while you can.
