There's an obvious reason why Fox would do this. As you and many other acute observers have pointed out, Rupert Murdoch, his sons, and the upper management ranks of Fox are now virulently anti-MAGA.
The *last thing in the world* that Murdoch and his flying monkeys want to do is *win* a court case against Dominion! That would not merely vaporize the slanders against election integrity advocates ("election deniers", "conspiracy theorists", "sore losers", "insurrectionists", etc. etc. etc.), it would hyper-energize the reelection campaign of one Donald J. Trump in 2024, and send the MAGA agenda into orbit by 2025.
Conversely, if Murdoch effectively throws this court case to Dominion, that harms everybody who wants to end election fraud in America, helps Dominion keep suppressing election integrity, and adds one more bit of fake-news about how "Trump's claims of election fraud are so baseless that not even Fox could defend them".
It's difficult and painful to keep remembering this, but there's an awful lot of Quislings among the people supposedly on our side, and a lot of 'inexplicable failures' are like the losses in a rigged boxing match -- predetermined and purposeful.
Remember, FoxNews was instrumental in the fraud itself. The rest of the networks waited for Fox to go along with the halt and then declare Bidet the winner. They wanted to poke that stick in the eye of all the conservative Fox-watchers. And Fox happily went along with it. When the tallying ground to a halt, they went along with it like it was a normal occurrence. No questions asked. And we all had our mouths open thinking WTF? And...crickets. For days. I watch Fox for a couple of personalities, and basically just to have noise on, but my cable company offers no other alternatives (I know, go Roku). If we were smart we'd figure out a way to utterly and totally boycott them off the planet. And you still can't 'go there' to mention election fraud to this day. In a few oblique ways it slips in from time to time, but zero effort to look into any aspect of what went down in 2020 (even before that) or 2022. And since it's still whistling past the graveyard on that subject, 2024 stands to be rinse and repeat.

From my perspecive, no one in the House of Representatives did more damage to President Trump than Paul Ryan when he was Speaker of the House. Now I can see Paul Ryan shooting at the MAGA movement from the trenches at FOX News. Smart people have Steve Bannon's War Room (Real America's Voice News) programmed as # 1 on their programs to record and ignore most of FOX news.
What do you mean you don't know if the voting machines had anything to do with the election? Those machines were created by the CIA to steal other countries elections and now they're using them here. Fox has not been on my television since election night 11/3/2020. I was shocked at them calling Arizona for Biden. Daytime Fox had already been unwatchable with all of the Never Trump communists running their mouth. I’ll watch Tucker and Gutfield videos on Rumble now. I have no use for FOX News.
This is rather sad to witness. There were electoral shenanigans in the last election. Everyone knows it. It was buried by corrupt media and corrupt judges and social media censorship.
