The narrator's tone sounds fake and insincere.

Perhaps it's because you never went to a federal prison on a misdemeanor - something that has NEVER happened in the United States, until Bannon and Navarro were denied even the right to defend themselves!. It was a political punishment for defending the Constitution. How is a man supposed to sound when they were treated unjustly??

Lanceus is talking about the narrator's tone of voice not the content.

Navarro sounded fine. The narrator, not so much.

In other word, a cheap huckster, unworthy of Dr. Navarro's quiet courage.

Peter I saw you on Bannon yesterday and his intro to you speaking at the convention the day you got out was very compelling - I liked that better than this ad

The main points of the issues have been discussed fairly thoroughly. I would be more interested in his time there, with the personalities and relationships he formed. What's it like for a person of his (continuing) importance to be imprisoned? I'm not much interested in his fiancée. (Sorry, Peter.)

Happy to report I talk a lot about personalities and relationships... thanks for the comment;

I agree pretty much because the lawfare he went through is easy to find and read but not his personal feelings about daily life there - good, bad or ugly. To show the kind of person they incarcerated.

Reason for not likely is it missed some sort of a hook to draw people in, such as I went to prison so you wouldn’t have to and learn some of the reasons why quite possibly America has to go through this to survive. Keep up the good work.

It's the narrator, he's awful. Making like his voice is going to sell it. He's hyping it. Better to just have plain-speaking person since the subject matter is explosive enough. Really I hated the narrator and was turned off to the idea. Only reason I'd read the book is the author.

I too would have liked to know more about his life behind bars. Still, am looking forward to reading the book. The ad is fine as it is.

I lost my comment. We all know the constitutional issues because we've been with you from the beginning. Maybe say a u were loyal to the constitution and the office to the president donald trump instead of saying you refuse to betray DT and the constitution. There are still people out there who do not understand that while we love and are loyal to DT, the movement would go on without him. Because it's bigger than 1 person. they still think we are a cult.

Thanks for being there from the beginning Peter and all that you do. I had sent a letter to you in prison, but it was returned. I did not like the narrator’s tone either. I would also change the beginning of this sentence around “But he refused to betray the Constitution or Donald J. Trump”

Looking forward to reading the book.

The voice (voiceover) left me cold. The clips used of Peter speaking communicate the outrage, and the voiceover needs to sound more like a news anchor. Otherwise I'm good. But the voice of the narrator, as others have pointed out, is an issue.

I'm definitely buying our brave and defiant Dr. Navarro's book. But the ad sucks. It sounds like so much other clickbait we've endured over the years. Tone it down. Get a more soft-spoken narrator. Simply tell the truth in a less bombastic way. Pete's heroism was quiet and determined. The kind of man who turns the blood of authoritarian despots and bullies ice cold with fear because they can't be broken - or turned.

Maybe add the standing ovation at the convention as the final scene. That was pretty amazing.

The narrator was bad. Turned me right off. He hyped the book, sensationalizing it - none of us need that hype anywhere because it's everywhere as is lawfare. He should just have said in plain, calm language what he said. I agree with others that there should be more about your reactions to being in prison rather than the travesty which we can read about.

Narration has a cheesy feel — like a commercial for a TV show. Don't like the cover. The romance is not what people care about. They care about you standing against the govt corruption. What I remember is the Feds shaming you by putting you in leg irons. Made me angry. The mention of a prison scandal made me interested in knowing what it was.

I just want to say I found no problems with the Narrators Tenor or voice. It was steady and to the point. I am planning on Buying Your Book Peter. I do want to thank you for making a stand and what a huge Moral statement for you to make, one which I believe if this last term of Donald J Trump does not change the Deep State stem and bough we all will have to make similar Moral Stands..as did other Heros and that includes the Jan. 6er's. I will take a breath and some time to wish YOU and Bonnie all the Happiness God Can Bestow on you both and each of you always. God Bless you and God Bless America and MAGA!!!

Peter, you are such a man of courage and a true modern day hero. I appreciate your plain spokenness and your own voice narrating your books. This sounds like a campaign ad as some of your followers mentioned below. But I do not have the solution. I know you need to market your book and hope it is a smashing success and rips the heart out of rotten characters behind the corrupt prison system. God bless you. Lamarre Notargiacomo
