Paper ballots are the only sure thing, provided they are held secure, no ballots can show up after midnight and that they aren't just scanned into some electronic device to be totaled in one location without check sum verification. The tricks they will resort to will be epic. Then there are all the "Newcomers" who they will try to give the right to vote or just let them vote despite their not being qualified to. Now everyone is playing with the "right" to abortion which was manufactured to be a vote changing path for the democrats.
