Why isn’t Obama on the list?

He should be there for weaponizing the FBI to spy on Trump’s 2016 campaign.

His entire 8-year tenure was spent corrupting every federal agency beyond recognition. On purpose.

From Christopher Rufo. DEI warrior

I’ve spoken with many of the people in the president-elect’s orbit who are planning how to staff Cabinet departments and set a new tone on the administration’s first day. Much of our discussion has focused on the approach to DEI, or “diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

While the officials in Trump world are all committed to abolishing DEI in theory, they have yet to settle on a practical approach for doing so. With this in mind, I’m writing this open letter to Trump’s incoming Cabinet, outlining how to shut down DEI and win the fight for public opinion.

The first step is to understand how DEI bureaucracies became embedded in the federal government. That is the result of actions by two presidents: Barack Obama, who issued Executive Order 13583, which laid the groundwork for many national “diversity” initiatives; and Joseph Biden, who signed Executive Orders 13985 and 14035, which entrenched DEI principles into every federal department and routed billions of dollars toward advancing this ideology throughout American society.

GOD HAS SILENCED HIM, BUT HE IS AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. WE WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO SKATE OFF INTO THE SUNSHINE HE HAS STOLEN FROM OUR COUNTRY. HE SHOULD HAVE GONE BACK TO AFRICA WHEN BIDEN WENT THERE RECENTLY. HE IS NO LONGER A PART OF OUR LIVES AND WILL NEVER BE AGAIN. HE CAN TAKE THE LINEBACKER WITH THE FAKE VOICE WITH HIM.

Indeed Obama said (on video) that he would be happy to rule from the shadows for another term, and it does appear he has been quite busy.

The Democrats and Far Left have proven their intentions by their illegal acts…if not held accountable for their actions and mistakes…they will continue on the same path of tyranny so clearly demonstrated in past four years

They will continue whether we go after them or not.

No downside to going for it.

Be men, not (RINO RAT) mice.

Sadly Peter, when the UNI-PARTY (Bush/Clinton Criminals) did what they did to you, Steve, President Trump, Rudi and others, it can only be called a coup d'état or, as Soros calls them, Color Revolutions.

In third world countries, the loseres end up dead; but, in the USA the UNI-PARTY (Bush/Clinton Criminals) now think they can PARDON their way out of having JUSTICE applied to them and charging them with TREASON (for attempting to overthrow President Trump for the past 8-10 years) is the right thing to do, and if we never see them again, that's OK too.

If you know it or not, today Reps and Dems are fading into HISTORY and we have MAGA (we the people) vs UNI-PARTY (Bush/Clinton Criminals) and I have been BANNED from Disqus and X.com for saying it because the still want to play the Rep vs Dem game with some RINO Reps being closet Dems.

If we really want to SAVE OUR REPUBLIC, sort them out. You're MAGA and love and want to save our Republic or you are UNI-PARTY and want to live through the nuclear war the neoCONs want.

So let's get General Flynn back into leadership and ORDER DeSantis to appoint Matt Gaetz to the Senate where hs is TRULY NEEDED to counter the lies of lying Adam Schiff.

At almost 80 (just older than President Trump), the pen is still mightier than the sword and I'll get my mesage out the best I can and if you and Steve and others frame "the boss's:" 2nd term as MAGA (we the people) vs UNI-PARTY (Bush/Clinton Criminals) we can get 60% in 2026.

Oh, dear. Matt Gaetz in the Senate WOULD BE AWESOME. Lara Trump is presenting herself, but I would prefer Gaetz to challenge McConnell sleaze.

I don't see how Biden can blanket pardon anyone for crimes not know & charged! My God the child pornography and abuse of children on Hunter Biden's laptop is unconscionable to not be prosecuted!

All prosecutors, judges, participating LE, et al are all 100% guilty of knowing, willing and with intent deprivation of rights under color of law, cruel and unusual punishment and conspiracy of same, and are NOT immune from prosecution. No LE involved can claim they were just following orders when they knew or should've known those orders were unlawful and unconstitutional!

I AM REMAINING CALM BECAUSE I KNOW THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP ALREADY HAS A HANDLE ON THIS BS. WE WILL BE PATIENT, JAN. 20TH HAS NOT ARRIVED.

GOD BLESS AND KEEP ALL OF US SAFE IN OUR GREAT COUNTRY. THANK YOU TO GOD ABOVE FOR GIVING US PRESIDENT TRUMP TO WORK ON HIS BEHALF.

I have a hard time with the constitutionality of a pre-emptive pardon, While “he shall have the Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States,” it defies logic that this can be used when no offense has been identified.

Pervert this logic a little further and a President could, in theory, pardon a member of his cabinet in advance for any crimes he might commit in the future. He could , for example, pardon a Secretary of State in advance for the as yet uncommitted crime of providing classified information to our enemies. Is this then a Presidental sanction for a person to commit treason?

Recognizing that Biden had the constitutional authority to pardon Hunter for his federal gun and tax evasion charges, I would hope that if further crimes, such as those related to his influence peddling in Unkraine and China, are fully explored and demonstrably shown to have been committed by Hunter, that the preemptive portion of Hunter’s pardon will be challenged in court and he will be held accountable.

As far as the seedy bunch in our DOJ are concerned, if they have committed real crimes they should absolutely be prosecuted. It is not a matter of revenge or vengeance, it is purely a matter of justice. How many times have we heard that no one is above the law when applied to Donald Trump? It must also apply to Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Matthew Graves, Tanya Chutkin and the rest of the government gangsters who have done so much to damage our nation.

A preemptive pardon is absurd. It would insulate someone from any criminal sanction. For whatever federal crime they tried to commit. We elect presidents. Not potentates and god-like dictators. What sort of animals are loose in our land?

It definitely has to be addressed/dealt with or it will continue when the democrats are back in power and they will be at some point. And they will just change everything back, unless we can guarantee that our justice system stands outside politics and can't be bought. I am so sorry for all you have gone through and thank you for your courageous fight. I honestly never paid much attention to politics until Covid and then it is was impossible to ignore. I read your book In Trump time and am a huge fan of yours. God bless you.

God bless you Peter. Your going to prison may save many of us from going. Thank God you will have a role in Trump's Administrative. Need your smarts and courage to speak up if necessary against the narrative. Those who broke the law must be held accountable or they will do it again!!!!!

I would like to see each person formally charged for the record. Trump can then pardon them, saying as he has before, winning is his revenge. Those who⁶ sufferred, other than Trump, then have access to the Civil courts to claim recompense for their losses. I would sue where I lived; the offences were national in scope and one venue should serve as well as another. P.S. accepting a pardon is legally an admission of guilt. That ought to help with the Civil actions.

Change pardon law to only apply specifically to charges that were convicted in court NO MORE ALL INCLUSIVE pardons This way all would see the crimes they committed Need the fresh air not hidden charges.

Do surgical selection of reciprocal attacks, using weak links(persons) to expose others

I wish Peter and DT would STOP saying "criminal" illegal aliens will be deported. All illegals are criminals, they broke the law to come here. They all clog our roads, overcrowd our hospitals and schools, and sponge off of the government. They ALL must go, even the sob story "DACA" people.

Expand full comment

I agree, if you did not come here legally, you are illegal and should be deported whether you commit crimes or not.

all those who receive and ACCEPT the, so called, preemptive blanket pardons are actually admitting guilt. The may have to testify in any investigations and hearing without the protection of 5th amendment. But, if they commit perjury in their testimony they can be criminally charged with that. If as I read, thousands of democrats are asking to be included in these pardons that is an admission of the crimes that the regime has been committing. That should go a long way to convince much of the public that the democrat party and this regime are not what they have ever said they were. Each one of those pardoned democrats should ever have a place in government again.

Expand full comment

We also need to somehow change the narrative, so that people who have commited these crimes are "Trump coming after his enemies" It is one thing to prosecute a person for made up crimes versus being the person who made up the lies and prosectued another for fake crimes- that is truly criminal and it is not coming after your enemies.

Expand full comment

Absolutely! The problem with changing the narrative is that the people watching CNN and MSNBC and other approved left social media platforms are probably easily changed. They will not be watching Real America"s Voice, Steve Bannon, Joe Rogan, Tucker or anything that makes them doubt their programed minds. A lot of people on the left have started to look at these other sources, but not nearly enough. Add Hollyweird, NY Times, Washington Compost, and lets not forget the education system from K through 12 then colleges. It is a long grind.

Hmmm…

Preemptive pardons, why not future pardons for crimes you might be tempted to do in the future?

How many more times are we going to have to hear these Democrats plead against the proper punishment for their politicizing the justice system, then follow up with saying, "But we were just kidding. We won't do it again"?

I am against any of these miscreants getting off easy. Maybe I just have a streak of vengeance against people who decide to put a target against those they oppose, rather than those that committed actual crimes of violence. But that's what happens when people are marginalized.

Peter, the Democrats have broken every convention, countless laws and, for that matter every commandment. Those who mock the law must face the full brunt of it. Throw the book at them. Teach them a lesson that will last a generation.
