If China is the greatest threat to the US then why is our trade deficit with China over $600 Billion annually?

If China is the greatest threat to the US then why are we allowing tens of thousands of Chinese immigrants into our country every year. Why are our engineering schools filled with Chinese nationals taking up our key spots? Why is the US pharmaceutical supplies from China surged from $2.1B in 2020 to $10.6B in 2022 and now accounts for over 10% of the US total requirement?

We're not fighting a war.

We're fighting an economic take over and a devaluation in the US dollar.

No economy, No defense.

We also do not have the money to build the Navy we should have. The global economic recession which is rapidly heading into a depression along with the blatant mishandling of our country's spending has altered what we can do. We off-shored so much of our manufacturing, beggared our workforce, and aged out the most skilled craftsmen and engineers needed to build complex things. What do we expect? >> that Biden's "Newcomers" the invading millions of illegal aliens will fill those roles. We will be lucky if we can stem the attacks on our people and infrastructure by the massive amount of military aged males infusing those "newcomer" ranks. We have to rethink our future. First, we need to retrench and rebuild at home. Basically we are not going to easily take on the world. Countries that go with BRICCS, well, l they can provide their own charities and financial aid. Sorry, not sorry, we already gave for a century. Tough road ahead!

China’s fleet is like The Soviets tanks during the Cold War. The quality and quantity was not accurate. The quality of construction and tech reliability and efficacy is lacking. They don’t have a blue navy and their newest aircraft carrier is a piece of crap. Their aircraft is subpar at best. Our ships and aircraft will destroy theirs before ours are even seen by them.

Why do our media and politicians always overstate China’s economic and military strength? Propaganda bought and paid for by China?

“Chief of Naval Operations even stated that the correct number was closer to 500 “-the people who build the ships say the number is closer to 800…🙄🫣

Thanks for highlighting our navy.

Nuclear Submarines sound amazing and fascinating…..was reading about their role in the new book by Annie Jacobson, “Nuclear War a scenario” and now want to read about submarine hydrodynamics.

Maybe we should consider a more future forward path to power projection, given what we can still learn from this: https://internationalman.com/articles/a-250-million-war-game-and-its-shocking-outcome/
