We are already seeing that many people no longer have the stamina to work normal shifts. Have lower cognitive skills such as doing simple math they once could do.
Unlike refining uranium into weapons grade material and building the bomb and missiles, Bio labs can be set up anywhere with relative small investments in equipment. How do we put the brakes on that?
